Jessi LaCosta began BlueRio Coaching in 2004 after having over ten years experience in marketing, advertising and public relations within the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. At BlueRio ALL factors affecting individuals/groups are considered when employing marketing, training and coaching methods. LaCosta believes that a holistic approach can realize a healthier outcome for all involved.

Throughout her career, she has trained, developed and mentored using various behavior models, coaching techniques and traditional teaching strategies. Having expert knowledge in branding and strategic communication, LaCosta participates on panels and conducts speaking engagements on these topics. She also regularly volunteers with non-profit organizations as it is crucial for her to "give back."
