BlueRio Strategies and the Hawk Collaborative offer coach training programs.
I am proud to say that Hawk Eye Veteran Development Coach Training is the First CCE, Board Certified Coach approved training program in the country, and may in fact be the United State’s first full coach certification training program for people to specifically to do veteran coaching, as well.
"One of the encouraging aspects of Jessi’s’ teaching style, was how she embraced everyone’s input as added value in place of right versus wrong. As a result, this decreased my level of intimidation I felt with my lack of direct military experience. I would refer anyone interested in working with our military veterans, without reservation, to be a part of what Jessi has to offer." Tricia Nabors, CVDC, Hawk Eye Alumni
“The course helped me develop insight, strategies and tools for coaching success! And a "Hawk Eye" to clearly see what a Veteran needs to understand, so they can achieve what they desire in their lives after transition!” Marte Cooksey, CVDC, Hawk Eye Alumni
“I feel the course was awesome and gave an intense and detailed insight into military transitional coaching. It also provided you with the knowledge and guidance of self- reflection allowing you an opportunity to work through any areas in your personal and professional life that might otherwise keep you from being fully effective as a coach if not addressed. Hawk Eye is highly recommended as detailed in its delivery of educational training and motivating with great opportunity for peer and instructor support. ” Nicole’ L. Felton, Ph.D., CPC,CVDC (Hawk Eye Alumni)
