Bringing Success to both sides of the house:

Hawk's View: Onboarding and Human Capital Management

"

Teambuilding, leadership development and employee engagement is crucial for individual success and company success if you are a supervisor or manager. Guiding and managing a veteran who has recently joined your team brings excitement, a sense of honor and also some challenges as you help him or her integrate into your company culture.

For your short-term and long term goals, having the tools and resources to leverage the veteran's unique skills and talents can make  the difference between success and failure for the relationship.

I am honored to build a powerful, intuitive as well as tactical  program with my colleague, friend and Army Veteran, Joseph Almond to help you in this admiarbel endeavor

SURVEY FINDINGS ON COACHING:

1"In 2006, almost 90% of HR professionals and coaching clients felt the value of coaching was either somewhat high or very high. ‘High value’ perceptions now exceed 94%."

In a recent Client Study performed by the International Coaching Federation the following key findings were identified:

Companies that use or have used professional coaching for business reasons have seen a median return on investment of 700 percent, or seven times their initial investment.

  • 83 percent of coaching clients reported being “very satisfied” with their coaching experience.
  • 96 percent of coaching clients indicated they would repeat the coaching process, given the same circumstances.

  • Coaching can help with a variety of goal areas. Findings from the 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study, showed that more than two-fifths (42.6 percent) of respondents who had experienced coaching chose "optimize individual and/or team performance" as their motivation for being coached. This reason ranked highest followed by "expand professional career opportunities" at 38.8 percent and "improve business management strategies" at 36.1 percent. Other more personal motivations like "increase self-esteem/self-confidence" and "manage work/life balance" rated fourth and fifth to round out the top five motivation areas." ICF

*Coaching is not therapy and is not training. It is an experience of growth, guidance and empowerment.
